Tracking Updates

Why tracking may not update immediately

Tracking numbers can take a few days to a week to show accurate movement after shipment. This is normal when packages move between warehouse partners, international carriers, customs, and local delivery networks.

For tracking, use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can also use a third-party tracking website such as 17TRACK.

Split shipments Some products may ship separately and arrive at different times because orders can be fulfilled from different warehouse locations.
Insured shipping If an item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, contact support with sufficient proof so we can review the issue.
High-volume periods During busy periods, dispatch or delivery may take longer than usual. We work to ship orders as quickly as possible while keeping quality checks in place.
Order changes Email support@wondetride.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, address or item changes may no longer be possible.
