Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest. Creating an account can make checkout faster and help you view order history more easily.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal when available at checkout.
Is my online order secure?
Checkout is processed through Shopify and trusted payment providers. We do not ask customers to send full card details by email.
What currency will I be charged in?
Our store displays and processes transactions in USD unless your checkout or payment provider shows another available currency. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fee.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@wondetride.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it or change the shipping address.

How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, large promotional periods, or when additional order verification is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email when tracking becomes available.
How can I track my package?
Use the tracking number sent to your email. Tracking updates can take 1–3 business days to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Tracking may pause while the package is in transit, being transferred between carriers, or waiting for customs clearance.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
Eligible unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@wondetride.com with your order number, item name, delivery date, and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Can opened beauty products be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged beauty and personal care products may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed issue with the order.
When will I receive my refund?
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method.
